OutfitterPros.com Giveaway Contest Rules

We are giving away some great prizes for hunters that submit hunt forms on the site.   Prizes include:

• Grand Prize: Western Kentucky Trophy Whitetail Gun Hunt in Fall 2001
• Four 1st Place Prizes: Western Kentucky Whitetail Bow Hunt in Fall 2001
• Monthly Bass Pro Shop eCards: (1) $100 eCard and (4) $25 eCards

Following are the rules that govern our Giveaway Contest.

1. Contest open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state or province of residence, if greater than 18) or older at time of contest entry.
2. Contest period #1 is March 23, 2010 thru March 31, 2011.  Grand Prizes and 1st Place prizes for the future Contest periods after March 31, 2011 will be announced at a later date.
3. First monthly drawing for the five Bass Pro Shops Gift eCards will be May 1, 2010.  First quarterly drawing will be June 1, 2010.  Grand Prize drawing will be March 15, 2011.
4. Each hunter that submits a hunt form on OutfitterPros.com is eligible for the giveaway contest for 12 months after the hunt form/lead submission.
5. Winners are selected using the following random number generator website: Random.org.  Each eligible hunter is assigned a unique number for each drawing each month and is declared the winner if the random number matches the hunter’s assigned number. Limit one prize per entrant.
6. Each potential winner will be notified within approximately twenty-four hours after selection by email, with instructions on how to claim the prize.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted; is ineligible; fails to claim the prize; is unwilling or unable to accept prize; if the prize notification email is returned undeliverable; or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these official rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner. If a verified winner fails to redeem the prize in accordance with instructions by the date provided, the prize will be forfeited and will not be re-awarded.
7. Winners will be posted on this blog each month.
8. Participation is not limited to people that submit a hunt form on the site.  People that mail a postcard to “OutfitterPros.com Giveaway Contest, 1100 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680″ will also qualify for 12 months after we receive the postcard.
9. No purchase (or hunt booking) is required.
10. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
